My name is Josh Hanan, and I’m proud to serve as the Executive Director of Grind City Percussion Ensemble, a new nonprofit youth percussion program based right here in Memphis, TN.

At Grind City Percussion, we believe in the power of music to transform lives. Our mission is simple but powerful: to offer an educational and artistic environment where students can develop their musicianship and leadership skills, explore the art of indoor percussion, and foster a sense of community.

Through the exciting world of indoor percussion, we’re building more than just a performance ensemble — we’re building confidence, discipline, teamwork, and creative expression in the next generation of artists and leaders.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, our success depends on the support of individuals and organizations who believe in investing in youth and the arts. Your donation helps us provide:​
